How it works

From download to your first delivery

Everything happens in the app, and the sign-up form is short.

Get the app

Download NEDO Delivery on your Android phone from this page and install it.

Sign in with your mobile number

We send a one-time code by SMS. There is no password to remember.

Register in the app

Your full name, the city or town you deliver in, and your vehicle. The full list is under “What you need” below.

Nedo reviews your application

Nedo reviews new delivery partners within 1–2 working days. You will get a notification in the app as soon as you are approved.

Go online

Once you are approved, switch to Online when you want to work. The app offers you deliveries nearby and shows the shop, the distance, how many items there are and whether there is cash to collect.

Pick up and deliver

One tap opens directions in your maps app. The shop reads out a 4-digit pickup code, and the customer reads out a 4-digit delivery code at the door. You enter each code in the app.

Approval, step by step

Nedo reviews every application. The app always shows where yours stands. If it is not accepted, you see the reason and can apply again.

You choose when you are online

One switch takes you online or offline. Only while you are online, the app offers you deliveries nearby and your phone shares its location with Nedo, so orders can be assigned and customers can see their delivery coming. A “You are online” notification shows the whole time. Sharing stops when you go offline or sign out.

Cash and codes

A 4-digit pickup code at the shop and a 4-digit delivery code at the customer’s door confirm each handover. For cash-on-delivery orders, the app shows the exact amount to collect.

Installing the app

Install in three steps

The app is a direct download (APK) from this site.

Tap “Get NEDO Delivery”. The file saves to your phone’s Downloads.

Allow the install

Open the downloaded file. If your phone asks, allow installs from this source (Settings → Install unknown apps). This is normal for a direct download.

Open & sign in

Open NEDO Delivery, enter your mobile number and the code we send you, then register.

Safe to install: this is the official NEDO Delivery app, served from nedo.co.in. Only download it from this site or from the Nedo team. To update later, download the newest version here and install it over the old one — you stay signed in.

Already have an older Nedo delivery app? This version normally installs over it. If your phone says “App not installed”, or shows two Nedo delivery apps afterwards, uninstall the older one and install this one again. Nothing is lost — your account and your deliveries are kept with Nedo; just sign in with your mobile number.

Which phones does the app work on?

Android phones running Android 7.0 or newer. Download it from this page.

How long does approval take?

Nedo reviews new delivery partners within 1–2 working days. You will get a notification in the app as soon as you are approved.

What if my application is not approved?

The app shows the reason. Fix what was asked for and apply again in the app — your application goes back to Nedo for review.

Do I need a driving licence?

Not for a bicycle or a low-speed e-bike. For a motorbike, scooter or car you do. What you need shows exactly what the app asks for.

When does the app use my location?

Only while you are online. Your phone then shares its location with Nedo, so orders can be assigned to you and customers can see their delivery coming. A “You are online” notification shows the whole time. Sharing stops when you go offline or sign out. More in the NEDO Delivery privacy policy.

How do I collect cash?

For a cash-on-delivery order, the app shows the exact amount to collect from the customer. Your delivery history and the cash you collected each day are in the app too.

How do I get paid?

Nedo will tell you how you are paid when you are approved.

What if something goes wrong on a delivery?

You can call or chat with the customer and the shop from the app. If the customer does not answer, use “Customer not reachable”. Before pickup, you can hand a delivery back. There is also an SOS button with Nedo’s support number and 112.

How do I close or delete my account?

In the app: Profile → Delete account. Before you are approved, use “Delete my account” at the bottom of your application screen. More details are on the Delete Account page.
